This is the 5 Minute Relaxing to release tensions, scan whole body to heal. Relaxing is very important for your bodyand mind, during the Qigong Practice daily. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to relax your body at the end of the Exercise Time, to release tensions, heal and make your body and mind relaxed. You can apply this 5 minutes at the end of Qigong Exercise time Ir dueing the day that you need to relax and rest.
