When you do exercise regularly, you can strengthen your 5 internal Organs. And naturally your Health will be healthier. When you find your own Balance and Relaxing, you allow yourself to strengthen natural way. Every day, you exercise is the medicine. Every day you breathe mindfully, and relaxing way, you allow yourself to practice mindfulness is the medicine. Because Mindfulness is medicine. Relaxing, Rest well is medicine.
